Original videos are in Spanish. The complete written steps, prompts and exercises below are available in English. Tool interfaces may differ from the recording.

  1. Watch or read

The videos show each click using a neighborhood café. The English notes, prompts and exercises let you follow along in English.

  2. Copy the prompt

A prompt is the request you write to AI. Copy it and paste it into your chat.

  3. Use your own business

Replace example details with your own. AI outputs are drafts: review them.

The example used throughout: La Esquina Café

A fictional example used throughout, so you can follow the same business across every video.

01

Prepare your business context

Goal: create the information we'll use in every exercise.

Result: a clear summary of your business and its positioning.

Steps covered in the video

  • Open a new chat in Claude or ChatGPT using the access available in your account.
  • Paste the prompt and review what it asks the AI to do.
  • Answer the six questions. Be specific; polished writing isn't necessary.
  • Correct any inaccurate details in the summary.
  • Create a project, if your account supports it, and save the chat for reuse.

Your prompt

Act as a marketing consultant for small business owners.
First ask me 6 short questions to understand my business [BUSINESS NAME].
Then give me a summary in 6 points:
1. What I sell
2. To whom
3. Main social network
4. City/area
5. Goal for the month
6. Current brand style

Your turn

Run the prompt with your business and save the chat. The following exercises build on this summary, so you won't need to explain your business from scratch.

02

Decide what to communicate

Goal: turn your business context into communication decisions.

Result: three strengths, three customer objections and three key messages.

Steps covered in the video

  • Return to the same chat so the context is available.
  • The café example highlights fresh products, friendly service and a quiet atmosphere.
  • Typical objections include price, opening hours and not knowing the menu.
  • Choose one message. You don't have to communicate everything at once.
  • Ask for a specific correction if the answer sounds generic.

Your prompt

Using the summary of [BUSINESS NAME], give me:
1) 3 strengths I should communicate more
2) 3 typical customer objections
3) 3 key messages to repeat on social media

Your turn

Choose one key message to work on this month and write it down. It will guide the calendar skill in the next steps.

03

Turn a request into a reusable skill

Goal: understand what a skill is and when to save one.

Result: your first saved skill, ready to reuse.

Steps covered in the video

  • Saving instructions avoids repeating the same request.
  • Find the option to save a skill in the tool shown in the video.
  • If your tool doesn't support skills, download or copy the instructions instead.
  • Review and correct the recipe before saving it.

What is a skill?

A saved recipe. Instead of explaining how you want something every time, you save the instructions once and use them again.

Your prompt

I want to turn this into a reusable skill for [BUSINESS NAME].

Save the steps we followed in this chat as fixed instructions I can reuse when I ask for the same thing, without explaining it all again.

Before saving, show me a summary of the recipe in 3 or 4 steps so I can review it.

Your turn

Save a first practice skill. The next two — content calendar and brand voice — use the same approach.

04

Create and save a content calendar

Goal: apply the previous skill to a monthly calendar.

Result: a monthly calendar with channel, date, topic, purpose and format.

Steps covered in the video

  • Answer questions about goals, channels, frequency, milestones, tone and measurement.
  • The café uses Instagram, two posts per week and a winter-menu focus.
  • Save this recipe as a skill, as in the previous step.
  • Edit any calendar idea. The first result isn't final.

Your prompt

Create a skill to build the monthly content calendar for [BUSINESS NAME], following this flow:

• Quick assessment: Ask 10 short questions about communication and this month's content goals: what we want to achieve, themes, milestones or launches to communicate, and so on.
• Channel mapping: Identify which social networks we'll publish on this month.
• Volume planning: Work with me to decide the number of posts per channel and each post's goal: positioning, conversion, community building, etc.
• Calendar delivery: Propose posts for the month. For each one, include a title, purpose and idea/concept.

Your turn

Generate your monthly calendar and choose one idea. You'll turn it into a complete post in step 7.

05

Capture your brand's voice

Goal: help the first draft sound more like you.

Result: a ten-rule voice guide and a reusable BRAND_VOICE block.

Steps covered in the video

  • Look for repeated words, sentence length, tone, emojis and calls to action.
  • Clarify personal vs. institutional voice, emojis, closing lines and words to avoid.
  • Correct any rule that doesn't fit your business.
  • Save the instructions as a reusable skill.
  • Test them with a short text about the winter menu.

Your prompt

Role: Act as a brand editor.

Input: I'll paste 5 to 10 real texts I've written — social posts, WhatsApp messages, emails or any other format — for you to analyze.

Process:
• Style analysis: Identify tone, recurring expressions, sentence structure, punctuation and formatting patterns, including emojis, capitalization and sentence length.
• Voice guide: Write 10 concrete, actionable rules. Avoid generic rules: each one must be directly usable in a new text.
• Copyable block: Generate a BRAND_VOICE block to copy into other prompts or documents.
• Refinement questions: Ask 3 specific questions to resolve ambiguities you can't infer from the texts alone.
• Final skill: Use my answers to create a skill that captures my brand voice for future content.

Your turn

Build the guide from your own texts and save BRAND_VOICE somewhere accessible. It supports your judgment; it doesn't replace it.

06

Define your visual identity

Goal: organize colors, fonts and style so your materials are consistent.

Result: a visual guide in HTML or an equivalent document.

Steps covered in the video

  • If you already have a brand, attach the logo and existing materials. Otherwise ask for an initial proposal.
  • Attach files and wait for the upload to finish.
  • HEX is an exact color code. HTML is a file format that can display the visual guide.
  • Open the preview and identify what you want to change.
  • Save the downloaded file alongside the materials you'll use in Canva, Gemini or ChatGPT.

Your prompt

Act as a brand designer.

Help me create:
1) A color palette with HEX codes
2) Suggested fonts
3) Styles for headings, subheadings, buttons, cards, backgrounds, frames and borders

Deliver:
A) Clear design usage guidelines
B) Complete HTML

Your turn

Generate your visual guide and save it with your logo and business photos. Use that folder whenever you create a new piece.

07

Write a post ready for review and publication

Goal: turn a calendar idea into copy in your business's voice.

Result: three versions: direct, warm and sales-focused.

Steps covered in the video

  • Combine the business summary, brand voice and calendar idea.
  • The hook catches attention, useful information develops the message and the CTA tells readers what to do.
  • Compare all three versions. The café example chooses the warm version.
  • Make a correction: the first result isn't the final one.

Your prompt

Act as a copywriter for [SOCIAL NETWORK NAME].

• Use the summary of [BUSINESS NAME], the BRAND_VOICE skill and the chosen calendar post.
• Structure the text as: opening hook + useful information + call to action (CTA).
• Create 3 versions: direct, warmer and more sales-focused.

Your turn

Generate the copy, choose a version and review it before publishing. Replace [SOCIAL NETWORK NAME] with the network you'll use.

  • Does it sound like your brand?
  • Is it easy to understand?
  • Is the information true?
  • Is the call to action clear?
08

Bonus: refine your design with Claude

Goal: use Claude's live preview to request specific changes to your visual guide.

Result: your visual guide from step 6, refined to your taste.

Steps covered in the video

  • Open the live preview of the generated HTML.
  • Request a specific change without rewriting the original prompt.
  • Inspect the change and keep iterating.
  • Download the final version when you're happy with it.

Your prompt

Show me a live preview of the visual guide for [BUSINESS NAME] we created earlier.

I'd like to request specific changes, one at a time:
1) Change [this color] to [another color]
2) Make [this button or block] larger or smaller
3) Move [this section] somewhere else

After each change, show the updated preview before continuing.

Your turn

Ask for two or three changes to your visual guide from step 6, then save the final version.
